While out walking today, I saw a pair of what I think were Rough-legged Hawks circling/hovering above Buena Vista park. Preliminary identification based on the distinctive hawk/eagle/condor shape, and the underside wing colors. Norther Harrier is another possibility, but I don't remember it being quite so white in the middle. If anyone with a physical bird identification book wants to offer other possibilities, I'll look into them, but otherwise the ID will stand.

THe internet makes it easy to look up any given bird. Figuring out which bird to look up, however...
