Ah, the joys of trying to scale things down to one serving. I need a fridge big enough for both ingredients and leftovers, so that I can stop trying to figure out things like what one fourth of a scoop is. In this case, one serving is (as far as I can tell) approximately three and a half teaspoons, which means that the the scoop provided with the mix is roughly 4 and two thirds tablespoons. WHY?!?!?!?


Edit: And the result is a little too sweet for my tastes. I wonder what percentage of that extra material that keeps it from working out to even tablespoons and quarter cups is plain ordinary granulated sugar?
