The Indiana Supreme court seems to have decided that the fourth amendment is inconvinient. "We hold that there is no right to reasonably resist unlawful entry by police officers." In other words, the police can do whatever they want and your only recourse is to protest after the fact. I'm certainly not interested in defending the actions of Richard L. Barnes, but this decision . . . yeah.
