I've been posting comments elsewhere a lot today and I don't have much of anything to say here, so you're going to have to put up with me complaining about bread. So far, wherever I go, my only choices have been generic loaves of white bread that make Wonderbread look like a paragon of taste and texture, or yummy, tasty, and expensive organic loaves that go bad before I can use more than half of one. I suppose I could try putting one in the fridge and seeing if that lets me finish it, but it's not a big fridge. On the other hand, I don't think I'm going to finish this loaf of generic either. I'm most of the way through it and it's still goo...well as good as it ever was, but it has so little flavor that it seems to subtract flavor from the contents. And this is from someone who likes white bread.
